Transfer to Monte Oliveto Maggiore where we'll visit the Abbey, a masterpiece of Renaissance art, with the Chiostro Grande which houses wonderful frescoes by Luca Signorelli and Antonio Bazzi. After passing through the enchanting panoramic village of Chiusure, we will begin our excursion into the wild landscape of the Crete Senesi until we’ll reach Buonconvento, a charming village still enclosed within a 14th century city wall. A pleasant walk will allow us to admire the characteristic alleys, the Church of Saints Peter and Paul and the Palazzo Pubblico.
